If he becomes angry enough, he is unable to control his ability and will cause multiple things to combust. While Jaxon cannot harm himself with fire he's created, he can be harmed by fire that others make or that is created organically. Jaxon is currently working on learning how to channel his ability with other emotions, but is finding it difficult. Jaxon has shaggy and curly blonde hair (sometimes changes it to brown, mostly depending on his mood and how much he wants to look like his biological family) and blue eyes. He is fair skinned and his body is covered in scars from various abuses that he's survived during his time in the foster care system. Jaxon's best feature is his smile and his dimples on his cheeks, though he would never admit that he likes them himself. Jaxon typically wears whatever is clean and he has access to. He spent so much of his life fighting for everything that he has, he's not picky about what he wears. Jaxon spends a lot of his time at Phalanx, helping out where he can. He feels that he owes a lot to Astor and Phalanx, so he wants to keep himself as handy as possible. In his spare time, he can be found drawing comics about the supernatural world of New Orleans. He dreams of being a comic book artist, but he doesn't believe he'll be able to do it given his history.

He is okay spending time in small groups of people, which had helped him make some friends at Phalanx House. Jaxon doesn't always let people get too close, mostly because he's afraid of hurting people who he cares about. Jaxon wasn't able to keep his siblings close during the foster care system, and when he left for juvie, he lost track of them. Jaxon is the oldest child of Adelaide Davies, a fifteen year old sex worker in Seattle, Washington. Adelaide ran from home when she was thirteen and fell prey to a pimp. She never returned home to her parents, and got pregnant with Jaxon by one of the men who paid to have sex with her. When Jaxon was born, his mom had to go back to the streets. When Jaxon was two, his mother became pregnant again. Jaxon was thrilled to be an older brother, and was proud when his little sister was born. Adelaide gave birth in their small apartment to Jaxon's little sister, and his two younger brothers in that apartment. None of the children had the same father, and the four of them loved each other deeply. Jaxon did everything he could to protect his siblings, but it wasn't an easy childhood. He watched her be brutalized by various boyfriends and men. Adelaide did what she could to protect her children from the brutality, but there were times when Adelaide couldn't help. Jaxon took a brunt of the abuse, often locking his siblings in a bathroom while he would get beaten by the various men in the household.
When Jaxon was ten, a teacher at his school saw his black eye and confronted him about the various bruises he had. Jaxon tried to lie, but the next thing he knew a CPS worker was loading all four Davies children into a van and placed them into a foster home.
Jaxon did the best that he could to keep his siblings safe, but there were always bumps in the road. Foster fathers who crawled into beds with his sister. Foster brothers who tortured his youngest brother. Abuse, neglect and pain. Jaxon did his best to protect his siblings, but it wasn't until he was thirteen that he was finally able to do something to help them. He had been playing with a fire with some friends at his school and found that he would be able to make the fire move with his movements. With more practice, he found that he was able to create fire with his hands, he was able to even make some explosions when he focused on it. Once Jaxon was able to make explosions controlled even a little, he put his plan into motion. The most recent family home he was in, the worst of them all, when his siblings were at school he set the house on fire.
Part of him hoped that the family would be in the house, but they were all away. The house burned down and the Davies children were put into another home. This cycle repeated about four times before Jaxon was finally arrested for arson. His siblings were put into another home and Jaxon was put in juvenile court. Jaxon was placed in a detention center from fourteen to twenty-one. While he was in juvie, he had some contact with his siblings, but the last thing he had heard they were shipped down south with a family who wanted to adopt them. When Jaxon was able to get out, he hitchhiked to New Orleans, Lousiana. Jaxon started to search for his siblings, but met Astor Perona instead.
Astor gave him a place at Phalanx House and offered to help him search for his siblings. Jaxon is currently working on having his pyrokinesis under control, working on his comics, and searching for his siblings.
