An ability that someone is born with, shapeshifters cannot be made. Shapeshifters are able to change their bodies at will to become an animal. Usually shapeshifter families all take the same animal form, but this is not always true. Shapeshifters can only turn into one type of animal, but they can change at will. Shapeshifters are not able to have an added ability, since being a shapeshifter is their ability.
Skinwalker
A dangerous and taboo ability. People who are Skinwalkers are able to take on the appearance of someone else at will. People who are skinwalkers are banned from Primrose Academy. Skinwalkers can take on any appearance of anyone at any time. Much like shapeshifters, Skinwalkers are born. Skinwalkers are not able to have an added ability, since being a skinwalker is their ability.
Human
Humans are able to have special abilities. We want you to be creative with these, but try to keep them as realistic as you can for this setting. The types of abilities will be monitored by admins.
Here is a list of abilities that we have accepted for this site. This is a list of abilities, but this is no where near a limited list. We are happy to hear whatever skills you want to consider, be creative, but make sure you check with an admin first to be sure that we agree! Abilities come in all shapes, forms, levels, and degrees. Please understand that all powers have limitations, they're sometimes not going to be as strong as others, they must have draw backs, and sometimes they don't work the way we want them too. The same ability can be attributed to multiple people, but we've put a loose limit on how many can have certain abilities. This number is by no means set in stone, if you feel like you've got a good or legitimate reason to have a character with an ability that's already been maxed, just ask one of the staff!
