Once of Will's first big residential projects was an old, neglected building in the French Quarter. It took him nearly four years and more investing (and blood, sweat, and tears) than he is willing to admit, but he turned the old den into luxury apartments right in the heart of NOLA. He turned the top floor into his own, personal penthouse pad, with enough guest rooms to accommodate his siblings should need be. Though he keeps a smaller, rural home to get away from the city, he stays in the penthouse most of the time.
