Orion's ability was one that he has been practicing with ever since he was a small child, excited to shift along side both of his parents who were bear shifters. At first, he could only alter parts of himself into his bear form while the rest remain human, which was funny the first few times he did it, but it quickly began to annoy him that he couldn't do more than that for a few years. The first time he fully shifted was when he was fourteen years old. He got into a small fight with a group of older boys that thought it was good idea to pick on him at the park. The adrenaline he felt that day must of triggered his natural instinct to defeat himself and his inner bear stepped in and took over. Since that day, he has been able to shift freely and it took a few years but he can hold his animal form for days if he wanted.

Due to his bear like tendencies, He has a hard time functioning during the winter time. Every time the temp drops, the large man gets very lethargic and will curl up on the floor and fall into a heavy sleep. If he has to go out in the cold, He has to wear many layers to keep him from passing out in the snow. And the few months at the end of spring and throughout the fall times, he is usually seen stuffing his face with food and putting on a few pounds that he quickly turns into muscles. The strength of his bear is apparent in his human form thanks to his active lifestyle. 

Sometimes when he is feeling insecure or extremely angry, his inner beast will take over. He comes aggressive to those around him. At times, his inner beast will take over just because it senses something he wants so strongly that Orion cant hold him back. This mostly happens with food and sex.

Orion is a pretty stocked dude and has often been called intimidating at first glance. His body is cut with taunt muscle mass evenly displayed through his entire body, and he can easily tower over most he meets. He has these piercing hazel/ green eyes that most are quick to notice. Due to his inner bear, he is on the hairy side; both on his face and body, but with weekly maintenance he manages to keep everything looking clean and trimmed.

Most people take one glance at Orion and find him either intriguing or intimidating. When he was a young teen, he learned how to brush up on his social skills because he wanted people to actually get to know him instead of whispering about him. It took a while but thankfully he is a fairly laid back guy. Once people got to know him, they actually like to be around him. He is friendly and tends to think he is a bit funny which in itself is pretty fun...to watch. Once he becomes close friends with someone, he can get protective over them.
Now that he has gotten older and puberty has laid its claim over him, he has become a bit of a horn ball. He likes to blame it on his inner beast, but lets be honest here, he is just a sex addict. He is fairly open about what he wants and expects out of his little sexapades, trying to keep everything chill and drama-free the best he can. He tries to be a go with the flow type but sometimes he can get a bit aggressive if his inner beast wants something and he knows he cant have it

Orion was the only child born to Jonas and Teresa Delarosa, between their conflicting work schedules and taking the time to raise their son, they were content with just having him. He spent most of his childhood growing up in San Diego along side his cousin, who he pretty much thought of them as his siblings. The trio got into a lot of shenanigans over the years and but it was mostly harmless fun. The most that came from it was a few bumps and scraps. They tend to mess around while trying to practice their shifting abilities, and sometimes humans would see this and report them. This caused a big ruckus for their families to try and talk their ways around it.

Around the time he reached his pre-teens, his family had made big dinner and invited his aunt and uncle over with his cousins in tow. After the meal, they sat the trio down and informed them that they were going to a boarding school for people with special abilities. It was a place they could learn to harness their abilities freely within the grounds and not worry about the humans finding them out. At first, he did not know how to react. He was excited because this place sounded amazing but he was also upset that he had to leave his home in order to learn his abilities. The silver lining was that he would have his cousins with him so he would not feel alone while getting adjust to this new place.

His first couple years at Primrose were a blast for him, he was still learning basic things like his normal school back home but then he would get to spend a few hours learning different ways he could use his ability. He learned about his inner beast and realized it was a whole new side to himself, almost its own self that lived inside of him. They had to learn to live together in one body and as he gotten older and his hormones began to change...it became harder to resist his inner beast. He sometimes has to seclude himself to keep others safe, thankfully his beast has never gotten out of control to where he can't pull back.

He is currently at that time in his life where he is finishing up his final years at Primrose and is trying to figure out what to do next. He has been pondering continuing his educating by applying for colleges but he is just unsure of what he wants to pursue. The thought of his future has been stressing him out as of late and his unhealthy coping habits grow by the day. He keeps himself distracted by his sexapades and sooner or later it will get him in trouble.
