Since the suggested face is Matthew Gray Gubler, we'll just call this guy Matthew here. Most of this character, including the name and face, is subject to your creative interpretation.

Matthew is Cam's brother. They were close when they were young but after their mother died, Cameron went off the deep end and gave up on a lot of his relationships. Matt left to go get married and have a life of his own a few towns over. Whether he is still married or not is totally up to you, but he did end up coming back to the area (again, reason is up to you).

What you should know about Matthew is that he is responsible and intelligent. He's generally a nice guy and Cam looked up to him for a while. Now that Cameron is living at the Phalanx Home, he's sort of turning his life around but he still struggles. He could really use a supportive brother.
