Good sir, you have just aligned yourself with Monroeville's resident break out artist, if one can refer to themselves as such after failing 11 attempts. A man who has his own personal cell in solitary, a man who is a constant headache for the head of security, a bone breaker who is loathed by their cheif jailer, one Jasper Alec Blackthorn!

So yeah, any talk of a breakout or riot and he's your guy. There's already been talks of break outs and riots touched upon. At the moment Ben is iffy about taking others with him on his attempts because he knows how severe the repercussions can be. Just recently he had the head of security break his arm and threaten his sister's freedom and that wasn't nt even a real break out attempt.

I'll have to confer with Belle, my wife, and Sara about the current Monroeville plot since a bit has changed since it was first hashed out. No matter what's changed ol'Benniboi has a dark future looming over head with a lot of rage and animosity aimed at the J man and his lackeys. I'm sure that when it comes to fruition Ben and Garrett are going to be stuck together for a long time.

Immediate view, I can see Ben pestering him because that's kind of his thing. He's rather closeted about how severely his narcolepsy effects him. It might take some workshop or class about confronting night terrors to bring the two together and get an open dialouge started. Even if they don't delve into it Garrett's mere existence and status as an "under the radar" patient will draw Ben to him.

Thousand yard view, Ben is going to feel overly protective of the older man due to his failures with the last precog and simultaneous try to keep him at arms length for his own emotional "needs". Whatever relationship they develop will likely crumble due to this new dynamic.
