Eppie's life consists of many acquaintances and perhaps one or more deeper friends. She can be coaxed from her apartment for work or friendly get-togethers, but she prefers things to be low-key and relaxed. Not much of a drinker or a party-goer, Eppie prefers friends she can meet for coffee, board games, or talks that last well into the night. Once people get to know her, Eppie can be quite open and transparent, rather than guarded or reclusive.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
The idea of Eppie having enemies seems a little far-fetched. She definitely has people she would rather avoid ever running into, but these are mostly people who disagree with her politics or worldview. Most people with superiority complexes would go here.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Eppie was a late bloomer when it came to relationships, but she did sew the very few of her wild oats in her early twenties. These days, Eppie only considers one man, and despite her anxieties, she's not letting him go any time soon.

♕ Astor Oliver Perona “Astor is like the thing I never saw coming, and now I can’t imagine my life without him. He’s just an amazing person, and I know that I can trust him. New Year’s Eve was an experience that I would never take back, and even though whatever is still blooming, I want to water it.”
♕ @marilyn “Dr. D’Arcy is absolutely brilliant, and I find her company a wonderful break from my day-to-day. What started with rather duplicitous intentions has actually started to become a friendship, and I’m not unhappy about it.”
♕Mary Magdalena Sutton “Mary is a lovely girl, and I enjoy seeing her in Phalanx. She’s got a wonderful energy, and that’s not just because of her power. She’s a spot of brightness in the house for a lot of people, and I hope she keeps that part of her, no matter what life throws at her.”
♕Astrid Isobel Perona “Astrid is a quick-wit and one of the joys of my day! I enjoy her passion and bright attitude. I’m excited to watch her come into her own as she matures. She’s already such a strong girl; I can’t imagine how she’ll be as a woman.”
♕Cora Elaine Marshall “Cora is one of the most talented writers I have ever had the pleasure of teaching. She is also a kind and gentle soul that puts others at ease. If she trusted herself a little bit more, she would be unstoppable.”
♕Jaxon Kane Davies "Jaxon is a young man who has a rough time in life. He's willing to work, and that makes me more than happy. Over all, he's a good kid who just has awful timing."
♕ @catalina "I don't know Catalina from Adam, but I can see the resemblance. I'm not sure how to take her, but I'm willing to try."

Will is a charming guy who accumulates acquaintances like candy. He tends to keep a wide network for work, but for personal reasons, he keeps his real circle of friends small and close. He goes out for plenty of events, benefits, and just regular fun outings on the town. Contrary to his perceived reputation, Will can be found at all sorts of places, from high end bars to holes-in-the-wall. To be a true friend, someone would have to see beyond his appearance, his wealth, and the way he's portrayed in the papers.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
Most people who hear about Will automatically feel a certain type of way about the pretty boy tycoon, which can lead to quite a few one-sided enemies. Any business rivals might go in here, but Will does not like to leave people as enemies.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Will is fairly easy-going and enjoys having fun of all types. To be anything more, he would really have to trust someone to let them all the way in, but in the mean time, he is perfectly fine having fun and wining and dining.

♧ Evangeline Charbonneau “Evan has always been one of my little partners in crime. She’s my little sister, and I would move Heaven and Earth for that little brat. I don’t like that she’s grown up so much, but we can’t all be young forever.”
♧ Gideon "Monday" Beauchene “There are very few people that I would trust with my life, and Monday is definitely on the short list. Dude is a gentlest croc I’ve ever met, and I can’t imagine him harming a hair on anyone’s head.”
♧ Gaspard J. Charbonneau "My little brother! The Great Gassy has always been a bit of a strange duck, but I would go to bat for him every single time. He's told me more about animals than I've ever wanted to know, but that's part of his charm, I guess."
♧ Nerys Rooney Oswald "Oh we had some fun times, didn't we? Can't say I was too happy when she up and left, but hey, everything happens for a reason."
♧ Mallory Nadine Butler "Mal is a nice enough girl. She's gorgeous to boot, and she seems to have a good head on her shoulders. I'm not entirely mad about her and Evan's friendship."
♧ Beatrice Fawn Rochester "Oh, Bea is gorgeous and smart. We've been chatting on evOlvd, but I wouldn't be opposed to seeing more of her. And picking her brain."
♧ Salome Sage Baptiste "Salome is one friend I would be okay if Evan never met. Or talked to again."

[attr="class","grapes_body"]
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Friends
Charlotte does not keep friends well nor does she make them easily. She is more apt to pass people in the halls and give them a too-sharp smile than to talk with others until late in the night. This does not mean that she does not want friends; she just has very little skill in making and maintaining friendships the right way. If you cannot serve her in some way, you probably won’t become anything other than the sporadic “hey, how are you?” in the hallway.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
Charlie is easy to hate. Callous, shifty-eyed, a bit dangerous; take your pick on reasons to hate her. Though she also buries the truth of her “sessions” with patients in their memories, they still might dislike her on sight, as she tends to carry herself high above the patients (and lower staff members at Monroeville). She has little natural charm to hide behind, and people who meet her frequently enough, even in professional settings, would generally keep their distance.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Charlotte does crave intimacy with people, and because she cannot get emotional, she settles for physical. She can usually hold off on the crazy for a night; much more than that and it shows in full bloom. She has been known to use her power to implant memories or to augment or take some away in order to get what she wants, but she has a thick line in the sand and high standards. She generally wouldn’t use this for patients. But warning: she may get obsessive if shown genuine affection

⫸ Jasper Alec Blackthorn “Jasper is a complicated man. He has a vision and the power to see it through, and I’ve been privileged enough to have a personal hand in bringing it about. I just hope he remembers that.”
⫸Jonathan Darby Carver “Carver was a friend I made as a kid. You could say he was important, I guess. He certainly made the time in Monroeville pass a little faster. I'm not entirely mad that he's shown back up in my life again, either.”
⫸@catalina "There is just something about her. I'm definitely more than intrigued, and following her down this rabbit hole is destined to be eventful."
⫸@tears "Palmer is an odd duck, and I can't get a read on where he stands. He always seems to be testing the waters. Not too sure what he's looking for."
⫸Sophie de la Cruz "Sophie's story is a bit sad, and that's coming from me. She doesn't really deserve to be there; she certainly doesn't deserve Jasper's attentions. But that's how it goes, I guess."
⫸Lilith Grace Taylor "Lilith's power is probably the most fascinating one in Monroeville, but that makes her dangerous. Our paths don't cross that often, but I always watch out for her when they do."
Rowen has plenty of friends, or people who elicit some sort of emotional, maternal response from her. It is not hard to be counted among this category, though anything on her side is likely to be shallow. She's the type that will listen about you for days and never say a word about herself, a fact that may frustrate some. She's a locked box when it comes to herself, but a fountain of love for everyone else.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
Rowen doesn't have strength of will in her left to hate anyone anymore. Sure, she dislikes plenty, but hate enough to consider enemies? Not so much.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Rowen feels like she's been in an emotional coma for the past decade and change, and though she has enjoyed physical closeness, it is a poor woman's dinner. She might never fully open up again emotionally, but there are plenty of people she cares about.

☁Nerys Rooney Oswald “Nerys is the only other Oswald I've ever been particularly close to, and her leaving because of something I did, however unwittingly, was a lot to take. Now she's back, and well, I just don't know anymore.”
☁Declan Noah Kahale “Declan. Well, that's uh a little complicated. I really like him, but well, that must run in the Oswald family. I'm terrified that he won't really be interested in me if he knew me.”
☁Joshua Eliot Holmes "Josh is one of the nicest men that I've ever met in my life. He has such an eternal calm about him; it's hard to be upset when he's in the room. He lightens my moods all the time. Our friendship means a lot to me."
☁Gideon "Monday" Beauchene "Monday is a big contradiction, and I love that. By all means, he should be one of those archetypal Primrose types, and he's just not. He's kind and warm, and his cooking is the best."
☁Beatrice Fawn Rochester "Anyone who can go toe to toe with Nerys is not someone I want to have on my bad side. Bea is so different from my sister, and it's nice to know her for her - and not the trickle down I got from Nerys's rivalry with her."
Prudence is not hard to get along with but she is by far not the easiest. She keeps a tight circle, but Nellie has always been the more outgoing one of the two. Friends for Prue are a little hard; she can come off as a bit standoffish or defensive upon first meeting. Once people can get through an initial reaction, they will find that she is someone who cares for her friends deeply and will always come to their aid in whatever way she can.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
On the contrary, people can often mistake a first meeting with Prue as all-out unfriendliness. This first impression can lead her to make her fair share of enemies borne of little more than misunderstanding. Prue can also hold her fair share of grudges, which can outlast their beginnings, whatever those may be.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Prue has never really explored anything when it comes to this arena of life. She is a little curious, but it would take a special person for her to have anything more than a little crush. For this reason, she may have a penchant for crushes on people who are out of reach.

✹Teddy Lane Lovelle "Teddy was the first of us to go down south, and when I joined him three years ago, I was so happy to be back with my brother again. He’s older now, but we still hang when we can."
✹Lucy "Lucy has been missing from my life for a very long time, but that doesn’t change the fact that she’s still my big sister. I’m waiting for the day that she can join us at Phalanx, and we can all be together again."
✹Robbie Jude Lovelle “Jude was so young when I left Maine, and being back with him has been an absolute blast. He’s still a little annoying, as all little brothers are, but I’m so glad I get to be bothered by him again.”
✹Jonathan Darby Carver “Carver is easily the coolest adult at Phalanx. He’s got a cool car, a cool accent, and a hella cool attitude. It’s always fun when he’s around.”
✹Ezra John Davies "I don't really know what to think about Ez E, honestly. He actually seems pretty cool, but I also kinda want to take out his kneecaps. Don't read too much into it."

Clark has always made friends easily enough, and even as he has readjusted to life, that part of him never really suffered. His heart is big and open, and he appreciates all sorts of people. His calm nature, though a little shadowed now, is still evident in his easy smile and relaxed demeanor. People who meet him are bound to remember him at least vaguely.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
Clark has never had the stomach to make enemies. He treats everyone with the same amount of dignity and respect, no matter what they’ve done to him. If you mistreat others, though, he doesn’t take kindly to that.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Clark has always been a bit of a romantic, for better or worse. People have taken advantage of this part of him, and now he carries a lot of baggage in both that and other areas. He’s at a place where he’s getting back out there, but he also knows the full extent of what he brings to the table. It would take a mighty woman to break down all his walls.

[attr="class","grapes_title"]Friends
Joey does not exactly make friends easily. She’s loud, can be abrasive, and has a certain je ne sais quoi that repels as much as it attracts. That said, Joey knows how to have a good time and would be a good candidate for going-out friends. Anything deeper than that would take time and require having to sift through her many moods and layers to get at a genuine experience with her.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
Joey can earn enemies fairly easy. Her quick wit can border on cruel, and she’s been known to be quite the ass when the occasion strikes her. She doesn’t always make great choices, so there is plenty of opportunity here for whatever.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Joey is a modern woman who is all about having a bit of fun before she gets too old to. She can be quite the flirt and direct when she really wants someone or something, but she is rarely able or willing to make a full thing out if. Anyone looking for something like that would have quite a lot to put up with.

Sal’s friends are few and far between. She doesn’t really “get” the point of them, even if she really wants to. Still, she’s likely to have acquaintances everywhere, from work to her extracurriculars.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
People are free to dislike Sal; she would hardly notice. They could have a lot of reasons to dislike her: her partying antics, her devil may care attitude, her cavalier feelings about the world.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Sal is not exactly unromantic. She knows the motions, understands what it’s supposed to be, and she has faked it once before. She’s more of a physical and a mental person, when she’s not out of her mind. When she is and gets the need for company, she’s a dine and dash and has no idea how to make a long-term commitment.

Minnie absolutely enjoys making new friends, some might say too much. She just has a need for people to like and accept her. She’s definitely aware of social “rules,” but they don’t always stop her.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
If someone disliked Minnie, it would drive her absolutely crazy. She’s fine with indifference up to a point but straight up disliking? She has no idea how to process that. If pushed far enough, she can get confrontational about this, to horrible results.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Up until like a month ago, Minnie was still low-key convinced boys had cooties. Now? She’s not so sure, but she has very little idea how any of this exactly works. It’s an area ripe for experimentation.

⚜ Andromeda Hawthorne “Andy's my big sister, and I absolutely love her. I couldn't imagine my life without her, but also, she's got a lot going on that I don't always understand. But I love her.”
Vi makes a lot of acquaintances, and that’s where a lot of friendly relationships with her stop. She is always polite as she can be, and she tries not to build a bad reputation with others. True friends would be few and far between and take a lot of work for both parties.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Enemies
Something about Vi will always attract enemies; her religious overtones, her seemingly simple nature, the fact that she’s from Primrose, and just her general vibe. All of these could throw other people off and lead to judgements that either are or are not true. Enemies wouldn’t be out of the question, but they would stress Vi out. A lot.
[attr="class","grapes_title"]Lovers
Vi knows exactly who she is attracted to, and she has no interest in seriously pursuing men. She is also very unsure about pursuing anyone and so often does nothing at all and denies, denies, denies.
so basically... Ash is a little bit of a hoe and he would love to flirt with her and maybe even have a couple late nights looking over grades or potential residents or whatever. I would love to see them flirting a lot, and he would become reallysorrrtaaaaaa jealous over anyone who she would date. He's a problem puppy and I love him, but they would be adorable and at least fool around a bunch of times as a sorta FWB thing.
I definitely think they will have an interesting relationship, for various reasons. Eppie's a woman on a mission that will be more than a little stressful, so I could see them spending downtime talking and then talking some more. They have similar world views but are different enough that the pair will have some great times, no matter what happens!
Jae's a few years younger than Eppie, but he's been at Phalanx since it's opened. He very likely didn't take the schooling bit too seriously there, so if she was his English teacher he wouldn't have paid too much attention. xD He's a bartender in the Quarter now, so maybe they have drinks from time to time, idk i just want them to be friends <333
Eppie is new to Phalanx, so she wouldn't have had him as a student, which opens them up for more of a friendship! They could meet for a few drinks, have a few talks. They could get into some mischief between their various goals, since they are sort of similar! Parent hunting squad!
they work together, but Mary is noooot too fond of that. The one thing Mary is still proud of is her mind, and she somehow might feel like Charlotte threatens that?
Charlotte Rae Devereaux && @lucia uhh, Charlotte could be one of Lucy's psychs? Charlotte probably wouldn't think too much of her tbh, Lucy is a goody-two-shoes who never sets a foot out of line soo
I've seen 'em carry family and the steel drum weight of me.

Charlotte Rae Devereaux && @marilyn Ooooooh, I like that! I think Charlie naturally dislikes Marilyn as she sees her as competition. I'm seeing total frenemies; well, as much as the "fre" part as Charlie can make.
Charlotte Rae Devereaux && @lucia I thought about Lucy and Charlie a little bit. I wonder if maybe she could be someone who could take away some of Lucy's worse visions? Charlie might "pity" Lucy a little bit more than the other residents. A girl with a powerful gift who is not using it to the full potential.
I feel like Aisling would almost have a somewhat complicated relationship with Eppie. She's been so reluctant to accept any kind of help relating to pretty much anything ever. She's resistant to a lot of things because she's constantly waiting for someone else to let her down/betray her. I think that a good amount of time and patience would be able to break down that wall, but until that time, these two might clash a little bit just because of Aisling being a brat.
Honestly straight up dislike. Lily probably does her best to avoid Charlie as much as possible, including any one on one sessions. She probably feels pretty unnerved by the woman, which is saying something since Lily can animate some dead people, but XD Lilith is usually pretty well-behaved, but that doesn't mean that she hasn't experienced some mischief making before or discovered things that might have needed to be forgotten!
Since Aisling is coming in as an older student that Eppie probably just has to "catch up" in education terms, their relationship may be a bit more relaxed than Eppie's with the younger students. Eppie wouldn't pressure her unless Aisling wants her to, but she would definitely make sure she's around any time Aisling needs her or her help. So they may not clash that much, but they will definitely have a strained sort of relationship if Aisling waffles between wanting help and not wanting help a lot.
That's completely fair. Lilith has an interesting power, and she would definitely be on Charlotte's radar. Charlie will definitely keep her distance, but she's watching Lily, let's be honest. She'd love to get in that brain.
Hi darling ♥ So I think that Eppie would honestly be one of Cora's favorite teachers, if partially because she teaches Cora's favorite subject, though truth be told Cora's a lot more into the whole creative writing thing than she is the critical essays thing, but these two do seem to be rather similar, and if anything I think that maybe Eppie could be one of the people to try to like... coax her out of her little shell maybe and get her to open up to people? Let me know what you think! ♥
Okay so I love it? Eppie definitely loves creative writing and encourages her students to express themselves on paper. She would gravitate toward Cora pretty easily, probably seeing a bit of herself in the closed-off girl. I definitely think they could be forces for good in each other's lives! I see a lot of Ms. Morgan pep talks in the future for Cora, let's be real.
Oh my goodness, yes please. Honestly I'm not sure what Cora's going to make of Ms. Morgan pep talks, but I feel like eventually she might start to see Eppie... maybe not as like a maternal figure, but more of an older sister type? I really dig the potential dynamic here, if you can't tell ♥
Okay same. Already loving the dynamic! I definitely think Eppie would be a good big sister/perhaps aunt type of role in Cora's life, someone who she can go to if things get bad or if she needs a little bit of encouragement. <3
